Access to Xbox Cloud Gaming requires an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. It costs $14.99/PS10.99 per month and is slightly more expensive than the base subscription, but it does provide access to Xbox Cloud Gaming along with the PC Game Pass service.
A device that supports Xbox Cloud Gaming is also required. These devices can be either Android or iOS smartphones, such as the Samsung Galaxy S22 and iPhone 13. Xbox Cloud Gaming works on tablets such as the iPad and iPad Pro11. The Xbox Game Pass app is required for both smartphones and tablets.
