The new iPad Pro 11-inch screen is not bad, but it’s far from perfect. It features the same IPS panel as the iPad Pro, with a Pro Motion 120Hz screen and Apple’s new M1 chipset. This makes apps fly.
This isn’t just one of top iPads; it’s also one the best tablet. This model is not a waste of money.
Although the iPad is not slow, its latest generation specs give it plenty future-proofing headroom. The new iPad Pro can be equipped with 16GB RAM and 2TB storage, specs that are comparable to the M1-based MacBook Pro.
Thunderbolt support has been added to the USB port, allowing you to access your data from anywhere with 5G connectivity.
The new ultra-wide front facing camera is last but not least. The new Centre Stage feature from Apple, which tracks and zooms into scenes based on what’s within the frame, is included. It’s pure Apple magic.
However, the question remains: Why has Apple given the iPad Pro range what feels like an oversupply of power?
Apple will claim that it is to make the iPad the best iPad possible, but the iPadOS is restrictive and doesn’t allow you to fully utilize all of the power available. Multitasking is still not intuitive, file management is very basic, and external display support is very weak. There are also very few options for expanding the iPad’s functionality through accessories.

The new iPad Pro 11 (2021), is now available at Apple and other retailers in 11-inch and 12.9 inch sizes. Stocks are limited and may take a few weeks before you get your iPad Pro 11. Apple claims it is working to rectify these shortages.
The new iPad Pro 11-inch starts at $799/PS749/AU$1,199/AED 3,199. This includes 8GB RAM and 128GB storage in Wi-Fi-only mode. An option to increase storage or add 5G connectivity is available, but this will significantly increase the price: A fully loaded iPad Pro 11-inch with 2TB storage, 5G connectivity and 8GB RAM will cost you $2,099 / AU$3,099 / AUD 8,199.
The iPad Air, which looks almost identical to its new iPad Pro counterpart, is a great alternative if you don’t plan to use it for professional work. It comes with Apple’s latest iPhone chip and costs AED 2,499. It also supports all of the latest accessories like the Magic Keyboard or Apple Pencil. You can also get it in five beautiful colors.

You can choose between the 11-inch or 12.9-inch iPad Pro models. If you intend to use the iPad Pro primarily as a tablet and not as a stand-in to a laptop, then the smaller model is the best. The new iPad Pro 11-inch is the same size as 2020’s model in terms of design and dimensions. It measures 178.5×247.6mm and has a thickness just 5.9mm. It is slightly lighter than the predecessor, weighing in at 466g.
The iPad Pro 11 (2021), thanks to its aluminum frame, back, and rounded corners, is comfortable to hold and use. The iPad Pro 11 is only available in Space Grey and Silver. This is a shame as we would love to see the iPad Pro available in other colors like the new iMac or the iPad Air.
The button and port placements are similar to older iPad Pro models. Volume keys are on the right when the tablet is in portrait orientation. The power button and thunderbolt-equipped USB C port are on the top and bottom, respectively. If you hold the iPad in portrait orientation, the volume keys are on the right. The power button is on the top.
The camera remains on the iPad’s top in portrait orientation. This is not ideal for video calls with a group. The SIM card slot is located on the right edge. There is also a pin connector at the back that allows you to attach the Magic Keyboard. The Apple Pencil magnetically attaches at the right edge of the iPad like the previous iPad. It also charges.

The display specifications of the larger 12.9 inch model and the smaller 11-inch model were nearly identical up to 2020. Apple introduced a new XDR screen for the larger 12.9 inch model, powered by mini-LED technology. The 11-inch model is left out.
The iPad Pro 11-inch’s display is not bad, however. Apple’s IPS display is still available. It has excellent color fidelity, and ProMotion technology which allows for a 120Hz refresh rate to allow smooth scrolling. Apple Pencil also benefits from a higher refresh rate, which results in lower latency and a better Apple Pencil experience.
We recommend the iPad Pro 12.9 inch because of how integral the display is to tablet experience. The larger iPad Pro 12.9-inch has a stunning screen thanks to its higher peak brightness and better contrast ratios.

Apple could also release its own professional-level apps for iPad, like Final Cut Pro and Motion. We don’t see why Apple wouldn’t do this considering that iPad Pros have the same hardware as Macs.
The new iPad Pro’s Center Stage is a very new feature that is both fun and extremely enjoyable. The iPad’s ultra-wide camera automatically adjusts the framing to ensure that you or a group of friends are in the middle of the photo when you use it. Take a look below at the video. Keep in mind that there is no camera movement – it’s simply software framing.

The new iPad Pro 11 (2021), has two rear cameras: one 12MP wide, the other 10MP ultrawide. Although we don’t like the idea of using the rear cameras on a tablet for this purpose, they are useful and offer decent image quality. For AR apps, the lidar sensor is also back. However, we haven’t found many uses for it since Apple introduced it to the iPad in 2020.

Recent developments in the iPad ecosystem have seen multiple manufacturers offer a range of keyboard covers, protective cases and stylus options.
The iPad Pro 11-inch 2021 edition works with both the Apple Pencil and the Magic Keyboard. Apple has launched a white version of the Magic Keyboard. However, the color is not the only thing new.
Logitech offers a keyboard cover for iPad that is more affordable than Apple’s.

The new iPad Pro 11 (2021), has the same battery capacity as 2020, and claims a similar battery life. Apple claims that the new iPad Pro’s 28.65-watt-hour battery can provide 10 hours of Wi-Fi usage and nine hours for 5G using cellular data.

The mileage of an iPad will vary depending on the tasks it is used for. The battery will take a greater hit if you are rendering 4K videos or 3D model work than if you’re browsing the internet or watching Netflix. We were able to get eight hours of use from a single charge with mixed usage.
The battery did seem to be draining a bit faster when the Magic Keyboard was connected. This makes sense as the accessory draws power from an iPad Pro.
The iPad Pro’s charging speed is 18W. This is lower than other tablets on the market, but the iPad Pro’s battery life and excellent standby time means that you don’t need to worry too much about it. Apple includes a charger with every iPad Pro, something that is not new to iPhone users.
