  1. Click on the magnifying glass icon in the bottom-left corner. This icon can be found next to the Windows 10 logo.
  2. Next, enter power and sleep in the search box. You can also click Open.
  3. Next, click the drop-down box under Sleep to change it back to Never.

Disable Hibernation in Windows 10

  2. Type Command Input into the search bar.
  3. Next, select Run as administrator.
  4. In the Command Prompt, type powercfg.exe into /hibernate
  5. Next press Enter on the keyboard. This turns off hibernation.

It is not a good idea to allow hibernation to be disabled from a laptop. It is necessary to preserve your battery.
