You can adjust the time and date of your Apple iPhone to reflect the information received from your cellular network when you activate it. If you have to set the time manually on your iPhone’s clock, follow these steps. To show time zones in multiple cities around the globe, you can add multiple clocks to an Apple iPhone.

 

Set the Date and Time on Your Apple iPhone

Step 1

To turn on your iPhone, press and hold the “Sleep/Wake” button on the side. Make sure your iPhone is fully charged before you change the time, date or clock. To determine if your iPhone requires recharging, check the battery level near the top and right sides of the screen.

Step 2

Tap the “Settings” button on your iPhone’s main screen. Next, tap “General.” Scroll down with your finger and tap “Date & Time”.

Step 3

To disable the feature, turn “Set Automatically” on to “OFF”. Next, you will see fields to set the date, time, and time. Tap on the “Time Zone” box and type the name of your country or city into the virtual keyboard. The time zone for the country or city you wish to see will be displayed on your iPhone automatically.

Step 4

To display the date selection wheel, tap the “Date” button. Move the wheel with your finger up and down to show the month you wish to choose. Choose the day of each month and the year.

Step 5

To display the time selection wheel and to set the hour, minute, AM, or PM, tap the “Time” button. When you are done, tap the “Date and Time” button.

Multi-clock viewing and addition on your Apple iPhone

Step 1

Tap the “World Clock” button on your iPhone’s main screen. Next, type the name of the city you wish to see on the virtual keyboard. The screen will display the city you have entered.

Step 2

To add a clock to that city, tap the name of the city. Sometimes, the city you are looking for may not be visible. In these cases, you will need to enter a name of a major city that is within the same time zone.

Step 3

To view the time for a specific city, tap the “World Clock” button once more. If the clock face is white, it’s daytime in that city. If the clock face is black, it’s nighttime in that particular city.

Step 4

To move the clock to another location on your iPhone, tap “World Clock” and then “Edit”. Drag the clock to a different place with your finger.

Step 5

Tap the “Edit” button to delete an iPhone clock. Tap the clock you wish to delete.
