How to get a free trial of YouTube TV

YouTube TV provides a free seven-day trial. This is often extended during promotional periods. At the time of writing, however, the free trial is valid for two weeks.

You can claim your free trial by completing the following steps on your mobile or desktop:

  1. Go to the YouTube TV homepage.
  2. Click the Try it Free button.
  3. Log in to Google.
  4. Enter your ZIP code, and choose Next.
  5. Check out all channels in your area’s base package, then choose Next.
  6. Select the premium addons that you want to include and then choose Next.
  7. Finalize your subscription details and enter your billing details. Finally, select Start Trial. The trial will not be charged, but you’ll be charged for any subsequent charges if you cancel.

After your subscription expires, you automatically become a paid subscriber at $64.99/month. This can vary depending on active promotions. The current post-trial cost for the first three months is $54.99/month.

You can cancel YouTube TV anytime during your trial period or subscription if you feel the service is not for you.
