Firefox dark mode is what you are looking for. If you want to reduce eye strain when browsing, it’s definitely worth getting. It’s easy to do, and the best part is that it’s not difficult! This guide will show you how to enable dark mode for all your Android and iOS devices.
Knowing how to change Firefox dark mode will be a great skill for those who want to escape the constant glare from their phone or computer screens. Many people are searching for ways to get Google Chrome darkness mode. However, Firefox was the first major browser to provide this feature and has its own benefits.
No matter what model of MacBook or Mac you own, dark mode allows for less light to be generated on your computer screen. This makes browsing easier and more comfortable.
It also makes the colors pop more if you are streaming videos or browsing photos via the browser. It’s also been shown that dark mode can extend your device’s battery life, especially if your device has an OLED display. This means you can surf the internet for longer without losing too much juice, particularly if your phone is one of the best Android smartphones or the top iPhone.
It has so many advantages that it is becoming the preferred mode of work for many people. A spokesperson for Mozilla said that dark mode themes have been growing in popularity over the past few years. “Partially, this is because people are spending more time staring at their screens; often in dimly lit environments or dark areas. These situations may lead to eye strain. The longer battery life of dark mode is also linked.”
Below are some steps to help you switch Firefox dark mode to your device. Let’s have a look…
You don’t have to worry about it. Firefox dark mode can be accessed from any device, including Android, iOS, or Windows. This means that anyone can turn it on and off, even grandparents. We’ve got your back. Here’s how to set Firefox dark mode.

Firefox dark mode can be enabled on Android and iOS
Firefox dark mode took some time for Android devices to become available. For a while, dark mode users were using Firefox2.0 Preview, dark third party themes or Firefox extensions such as Light Reader (opens new tab), just to have it. The feature is now available on both Android and iOS devices.
Firefox for iOS users can open the menu and go to Settings > Theme. To enable or disable Firefox Dark Mode, toggle the “Use System Light/Dark Mode” switch. Firefox 13 can automatically change to a dark theme or light theme to match the settings of your iOS 13.
To customize Firefox for Android, tap the menu button and then go to Settings > General. You’ll see Theme. This will let you choose between Light and Dark. You can set it to match your iOS theme, just like iOS. Select “Follow device’s theme” from the Theme menu.
Keep in mind that the browser will default to dark mode once it has been set to dark mode. You can change it back to bright mode by following the same steps.
