Clear Cache in TU/Q/LS TV Models (2020 and Above)

This guide is compatible with all smart TVs that were released after 2020. It will also work with newer models in 2021 or 2022.

  • Use the TV remote to activate the Home button.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Click on Broadcasting.
  • Choose Expert Settings
  • Click on HbbTV Settings.
  • Click on Delete Browsing Data to confirm.

Clear Cache in MU/M/NU/RU/Q/The Frame Model TVs (2017-2019)

  • Similar to the above, press and hold the Home button on your Remote Control to go to Settings.
  • Go to Broadcasting.
  • Click on Expert Settings.
  • Select the HbbTV Settings again.
  • Click on Delete Browsing Data, and then click on the Delete Button.

Clear Cache in K/KU/KS Model TV (2016)

These models were developed in 2016 and shipped in 2016. These settings may be slightly different than the latest Smart TVs.

  • Click on Settings from the Home page.
  • Next, click Broadcasting.
  • Choose Expert Settings
  • HbbTV Settings.
  • Follow the steps to delete the cache by clicking on Delete Browsing Data

Clear Cache in J/JU/JS Model TV (2015)

  • First, open the Web Browser app.
  • Go to the top-right corner and click the Gear icon.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Select Privacy & Security now from the left-hand menu.
  • Scroll to the bottom, and click on Delete Browsing Data Option.
  • To confirm clearing cache, click on “Yes”.
