If you decide to buy one, be sure to check which app is the first you should install on your Samsung Galaxy smartphone and how to protect it from the massive Samsung hack.

Which are the top Samsung phones?

The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, the ultimate Samsung flagship phone, is our choice. The Galaxy S22 Plus is a larger-screen phone that costs less than $1,000. Soon, we’ll be reviewing the standard Galaxy S22.

The Galaxy A52 5G or Galaxy A32 5G are both cheaper than the S22. You can enjoy all the features of Samsung’s flagship line with the Galaxy S21 FE, but it takes its inspiration from last years’s S21.

The Galaxy Z Fold 3 is Samsung’s most impressive foldable phone, with its 120Hz refresh rate and giant screen. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 remains a compelling choice due to its lower price. If you are willing to spend a bit more, you can order a custom version of the Z Flip 3. This allows you to choose your own color combination.

Are you looking for the best Samsung smartphone? Look no further than Samsung’s Galaxy S22 Ultra, which is the flagship phone in the new Samsung lineup. The S22 Ultra is a classic Samsung phone that Samsung fans love. Its design looks just like a Galaxy Note model right down to its slot for the S Pen.

The Galaxy S22 Ultra is not just a rehash, but it also features the most brilliant display we have ever tested, the new Snapdragon 8 Gen1 processor, and great camera improvements. We love the larger sensor of the Ultra’s main camera, which allows for more light to improve low-light photography. Software improvements such as the Portrait mode are also appreciated.

Although we wish the battery life were a bit better, Samsung has returned to 45W charging for this model. This phone is great and should be loved by any Samsung fan who desires the best handset.

The Galaxy S22 Ultra is a great phone, but it has the second-highest price starting at the gate. Only the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will be more expensive. The Ultra is a great phone, but you can get many of the same features with the Galaxy S22 for hundreds less.

The Galaxy S22 has the same chip as the S22 Ultra, S22 Plus and S22 Plus, but it is brighter than the predecessor. Samsung has also upgraded the Galaxy S22’s cameras, taking stunning portrait shots and excellent low-light images. The Galaxy S22 has a dedicated Telephoto lens that supports a 3x optical zoom, which is not available on other flagship phones.

The S22 doesn’t offer fast wired charging, which is available in the Galaxy S22 models. Also, the battery life is a bit short. This model is $799 and offers premium features, value for money.

-Most improvements in camera technology can’t match Google Pixel Battery life, which is barely better than last year.

The Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus is a tempting option, nestled between the Galaxy S22 Ultra and the Galaxy S22 Ultra. The Galaxy S22 Plus is a great Samsung phone. The Galaxy S21 Plus owners may not notice a significant difference. However, if you have had the same phone for over two years, the Galaxy S22 Plus will offer you a premium experience at a fraction of the Ultra’s price.

The same Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor powers the S22 Ultra. However, while the latter phone boasts more advanced camera specs, the Galaxy S22 Plus is just as capable, especially when it comes low-light photography. The Galaxy S22 Ultra has a bright display and 45W charging, but the price is $200 more.

If you don’t have the Galaxy S22 Ultra, the Galaxy S22 Plus is your best choice. This is yet another proof that Samsung knows its way around welcoming displays.

The Galaxy Z Fold 3 is Samsung’s premium folding phone, especially with the addition of 120Hz displays inside and outside. The new Galaxy Z Fold 3 is also more durable than ever thanks to its IPX8 water resistance rating. Additionally, the Armor Aluminum body is stronger and the Gorilla Glass Victus display should decrease the risk of scratching.

Samsung was able to convince more app developers to make their software compatible with the Galaxy Z Fold 3’s foldable display. Popular apps such as Spotify and TikTok will now benefit from the Z Fold 3’s unique shape. Samsung also added S Pen support to the Z Fold 3, and while the main screen is great for drawing and taking notes, the stylus is an optional accessory that you will need to purchase separately (so you’ll have both the S Pen and the case to hold the stylus).

The Galaxy Z Fold 3’s battery life could be improved. However, the initial price of $1,799 for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 is still quite high. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 is a premium phone that offers a large screen and lots of options.

Samsung 5G Low-cost

SPECIFICATIONS

Screen Size: 6.5 inches

The Galaxy A52 5G is the current leader of Samsung’s midrange smartphone lineup. The Galaxy A52 5G is currently the flagship phone in Samsung’s midrange range. The Galaxy S series phones are more expensive than the Galaxy A72 5G, but you will still find many of the features that make them stand out. Samsung offers a 6.5-inch display at 120Hz refresh rate. However, there is no dynamic adjustment for Galaxy A52 5G.

Even though the main 64MP lens can take some stunning shots, the other cameras (a 12MP lens plus dedicated macro- and depth sensors) cannot keep up with top-of-the-line camera phones at this price point, the 64MP lens produces great photos. The A52 5G’s Snapdragon 7500G chipset and its long-lasting battery life, as well as the fact that the phone comes with a charger, will be appreciated.

The Galaxy A52 5G is a solid option if you are looking for a Samsung phone under $500. However, the Galaxy A42 5G and A32 5G are even more affordable. With the Galaxy S22 launch approaching, the -120Hz refresh rate won’t be adaptive.

The big features of the Galaxy S21 range are available at a fraction of the full price. The Galaxy S21FE is $100 cheaper than the standard Galaxy S21. It features a Snapdragon 808 processor and fast-refreshing displays. Also, it has better cameras than top-of-the-line smartphones.

There are trade-offs. Samsung has reduced the RAM on this device than its Galaxy S21 models. The refresh rate of the 6.4-inch screen is not adaptive. You will have to manually adjust it. This can negatively impact battery life.

The Samsung Galaxy S22 has all the features you would expect from a Samsung phone, including a bigger screen than the S21. The Galaxy S22 is available at $799 and the Galaxy S21 FE starts at $799. This is a reasonable price for a new phone. However, if you cannot afford $699, the Galaxy S21 FE still offers plenty of features at a fraction of the cost.

7. Galaxy A32 5G

Samsung’s budget 5G option

SPECIFICATIONS

Screen size: 6.5 inches

The Galaxy A32 5G has many of the same features as Galaxy phones but is priced lower. The display is a little too small. It’s not a great display due to its small size and low resolution.

The Galaxy A32 5G is a good option if you are tight on cash but still want decent cameras. The A32’s 6.5-inch screen is impressive. It packs a 5,000mAh battery which lasts for a long time. We tested it for almost 12 hours with adaptive refresh rate enabled. The Galaxy A32 will also last longer than other budget options. Samsung promises three years of Android updates, and four years worth of security patches.

How to select the best Samsung phone

Budget considerations are the main factor in deciding which Samsung phone you want to purchase. If you don’t have at least $1199, you won’t be able to buy a Galaxy S22 Ultra. You can spread the payments over time, but you will not spend that much. Other factors must also be considered.

Consider how you use your smartphone. The Galaxy S22 Ultra or Galaxy Z Fold 3 will appeal to you if your smartphone is primarily used for productivity. They both support the S Pen. The S22 Ultra comes with an S Pen. The Galaxy S series is the most popular phone to use for photography. All three S22 models have impressive camera features.

The Galaxy S21 FE is a budget-friendly option for shoppers who are looking to save $100 on their flagship Samsung Galaxy S21. The Galaxy A52 5G is a cheaper option and offers more features. Samsung phones can be discounted by purchasing directly from the manufacturer and trading in your existing device. For the most recent savings, check out the best Samsung phones deals.

The Galaxy S22 is about to ship. Now, we can focus our attention on future samsung smartphones. While the Galaxy Z Fold 4, and Galaxy Z Flip 4 won’t be available until the summer, we will likely see new Galaxy A models, including the midrange Galaxy A53.

Samsung phones tested

We test Samsung’s phones the same way as every other smartphone we review to find the best. To measure the graphics performance of each phone’s hardware, we run benchmarks. This allows us to compare Samsung devices to other phones, such as the iPhone. We also use real-world testing, which includes a video transcoding test with Adobe Premiere Rush.

We measure the brightness of each phone’s screen (in nits) and the color gamut (using the DCI-P3 and sRGB colors). Higher numbers are preferred in these cases. Also, we measure the color accuracy of each panel using a Delta E rating. Lower numbers are better while a score of 0 is perfect.

We have the Samsung phones surf the internet over LTE and set their screens to 150 nits brightness to determine the battery life of the phone. In our testing, the average smartphone’s battery life was 10 hours. The best cellphone battery life reached 11 hours.

Camera testing includes taking photos of each Samsung phone and comparing them with similar shots taken with comparable models.
