Apple AirPods 3 vs AirPods Pro: noise cancellation
The AirPods Pro is a better choice than the AirPods 3. It has active noise cancellation. This allows them to be out in the world without being disturbed by outside noise. These dogs are our favorite travel companions and can be used to help you get through your commute if you need to take a break.
Even if you don’t choose the powerful active noise cancelling option, the basic AirPods can provide some passive noise isolation. This is due to the buds blocking a portion of your ear canal. Although this is not as effective as ANC, it will provide some noise reduction.

Although there isn’t much difference between the two earbuds in design, it is worth noting one significant difference: The AirPods Pro has interchangeable ear tips which allow for a more snug and comfortable fit.
Although it may seem more uncomfortable at first, tighter fitting earbuds offer the best bass response. No sound is lost by being in the ear. The tips are made from squishy silicone and fit comfortably in the ear canal. Regular AirPods are more uncomfortable than regular AirPods because they’re made of rigid plastic that doesn’t always fit snugly on the outer part.

The AirPods 3 have a clear advantage over the AirPods Pro in one area: their battery life. Although the AirPods 3 don’t have a six-hour listening period, they are still a class leader in terms of battery life. This is significantly more than the Pro’s 4.5 hour battery life. The case holds an extra 24 hours of battery, so both pairs of earbuds are good.
Why is the battery life of the so-called superior earbuds so short? The battery life is shortened by active noise cancellation. AirPods 3 are able to conserve battery and last for longer by not having this ability.

In terms of price, the AirPods 3 are clear winners. They were priced at $179 / PS169 / AU$279 when they launched, which is significantly less than the AirPods Pro’s price of $249 / PlayStation249 / AU$399.
